Ensure the system is turned off

Verify that the pump is suitable for water-glycol mixtures up to 50%

Measure the viscosity of the glycol mixture

Is the viscosity within the acceptable range (up to 32 cSt at -10 °C)?

Clean the pump and surrounding area

Was the pump performance checked after cleaning?

Verify the following conditions are met

Is the glycol mixture concentration within the acceptable range (up to 50%)?

Is the glycol mixture viscosity within the acceptable range (approx. 32 cSt at -10°C)?

Ensure DEX-COOL® glycol is not used to prevent pump damage.
