Tilt Cylinders - Check, Adjust, Lubricate

Carriage Side Rollers Thrust (If Equipped) - Lubricate

Carriage Sideshifter (If Equipped) – Lubricate

Circulation Pump Belt (OCDB & LP Engine Only. If Equipped) - Check, Adjust

Drive Axle Oil & Strainer (OCDB Only) - Check, Clean, Change

Drive Axle Oil (Shoe Brake Only) - Check

Drive Axle Oil (Shoe Brake Only) - Clean

Drive Axle Oil (Shoe Brake Only) - Change

Inspect Ignition System (LP Engine Only)

Replace Spark Plugs (LP Engine Only)

Replace LP Fuel Filter Element (LP Engine Only)

Testing Fuel Lock-off Operation (LP Engine Only)

Hydraulic Return Filter - Change

Raise the hood and seat assembly

Loosen the bolts of the hydraulic tank cover

Remove the hydraulic tank cover with filter assembly

Remove filter assembly from the hydraulic tank cover

Install new filter assembly in the hydraulic tank cover

Inspect cover gasket for damage

Replace cover gasket if necessary

Clean and Install the cover and tighten retaining bolts

Air Intake System - Check, Clean

Mast, Carriage, Lift Chains, & Attachments - Check, Lubricate

Carriage Side Rollers - Lubricate

Steering Mechanism - Check, Lubricate

Battery Terminal - Clean, Inspect

Carburetor (LP - Gas Engine Only) - Adjust, Clean

Inspect Coolant Hoses (LP Engines Only)

LP Regulator/Converter Inspection (LP Engine Only)

Inspect Mixer Assembly (G643E Engine Only)

Inspect Throttle Assembly (G643E Engine Only)

Hydraulic Return Filter - Change
