Water Separator (Diesel Engine Only) - Drain

Test Fuel System for Leaks (LP Engine Only)

Priming the Fuel System (Diesel Engine Only)

Seat, Hood Latch & Support Cylinder - Check, Lubricate

Fuses, Bulbs & Circuit Breaker - Change, Reset

Tires and Wheels - Check, Inspect

Carriage Roller Extrusion - Check, Adjust

Steer Wheel Bearings - Reassembled

Cooling System - Cleaned and Changed

Sign off on the service completion

Air Intake System - Check, Clean

Mast, Carriage, Lift Chains, & Attachments - Check, Lubricate

Carriage Side Rollers - Lubricate

Steering Mechanism - Check, Lubricate

Battery Terminal - Clean, Inspect

Hydraulic Return Filter - Change

Raise the hood and seat assembly

Loosen the bolts of the hydraulic tank cover, and remove the hydraulic tank cover with filter assembly

Remove filter assembly from the hydraulic tank cover

Install new filter assembly in the hydraulic tank cover

Inspect cover gasket for damage, replace it if necessary

Clean and Install the cover and tighten retaining bolts

Lower the hood and seat assembly

Sign off on the filter replacement

Carburetor (LP - Gas Engine Only) - Adjust, Clean

Inspect Coolant Hoses (LP Engines Only)

LP Regulator/Converter Inspection (LP Engine Only)

Inspect Mixer Assembly (G643E Engine Only)

Inspect Throttle Assembly (G643E Engine Only)

Hydraulic Return Filter - Change
