Check the wipers for abnormalities such as damage

Check the strainers (hydraulic power unit)

Upload a photo of the replaced hydraulic oil (hydraulic power unit)

Check for oil leakage and for damaged piping (hydraulic power unit)

Check the element and if necessary, replace (air unit)

Check the electrical components for dirt and discoloration and check for loose terminal screws (electrical control cabinet)

Check for loose connector/terminals between units

Sign off on the 6 Month Horizontal Turning Center Check

Machine in ready state for normal automatic functionality?

Without any workpiece inside, command cycle start to execute a verified simple program with spindle rotation

Try to open the cover and verify if it is locked

Stop the working cycle, open the cover and verify if it is impossible to execute command or movements

Turn the main modal key selector in manual-maintenance position and verify if it is impossible to command start, the axes speed in jog is max 2000mm/min and spindle jog is max 50rpm or stopped; in this case jog means that the command must be keep pressed, if released the movement immediately stops

If something abnormal is found, please describe

Sign off on the interlocking device check

Checking the oiling filters (lubrication unit)

Checking for oil leakage and for damaged piping (lubrication unit)

Checking and adjusting the bed level using a level (foundation)

Sign off on the 1 Year Horizontal Turning Center Check

Warning: Ensure the machine is in ready state for normal automatic functionality without any work piece inside.

Command cycle start executed a verified simple program with spindle rotation

Machine stopped immediately all of the movement after pressing emergency switch push button

Machine regularly restarted after unlocking and resetting the emergency switch push button

Report if something abnormal is found

Sign off on the emergency switch push button check

Verify the absence of deformation, break, opaque area, coolant leakage inside layers, corrosion and so on

Have the panels been in use for more than 10 years?

If yes, all of the transparent panels must be changed even if they are in good state

Panel cleaning action done by using soft cloth with common glass or plastic grease-cleaning liquid agent

Panel change operation must be done by authorized service company

Removing any chips from the coolant collector (headstock)

Checking for sounds of reaction during sensor contact (Q-setter)
