1) Loosen the fastening bolts (1) of motor bracket.
2) Loosen the nut (2) under the adjusting block.
3) Secure the adjusting bolt (3) slowly.
4) Check the amount of deflection value (d) of PK-belt with tension (F1) as above table.

Lathe Lubrication
NOTICE! The machine should be completely and correctly lubricated in strict adherence to the directions in the Lubrication Chart in the following page.
Is the specified lubrication oil used?
If the oil other than specified is used, the lubrication unit might fail to operate normally.
Is the specified coolant used?
If improper coolant is used, lubricating oil will be affected by chemicals and therefore, use the specified coolant so far as possible.
Is the amount of lubricating oil and its discharge condition checked everyday?
Whether or not lubricating oil is properly supplied can be checked by checking oil level in the tank For normal oil consumption amount refer to Fid F-1 in this section.
Prior to shipment of the machine from our plant, the oil and the coolant tanks are flushed out and must therefore be refilled during the initial installation of the machine.
Note 1: We do not have any experience in using the oils other than those indicated by an asterisk(*). Selection should thus be made from them. Because slide-way lubricating oil contains additives such as extreme-pressure additive, it could incur variety of troubles if reacting with other oils or coolant. Therefore, pay special attention to the use of slide way lubricating oil.
6 Monthly Lathe Inspection
- Checking the wipers for abnormalities such as damage
- Checking the strainers
- Replacing the hydraulic oil
- Checking for oil leakage and for damaged piping
- Checking the Air unit element and if necessary, replacing
- Checking the electrical components for dirt and discoloration and checking for loose terminal screws
- Checking for loose connector/terminals between units;
