Tilt Cylinders - Check, Adjust, Lubricate

Horn and Lights (If Equipped) - Check

Universal Joint - Inspect, Lubricate

Park the lift truck on a level surface, parking brake applied, transmission in neutral

Carriage raised high enough to access the drive axle housing level/fill plug with breather

Bottom of the carriage blocked with a block of wood to hold the carriage in the raised position

Drive axle housing level/fill plug with breather removed and washed in clean, nonflammable solvent

Drive axle housing drain plug removed and oil drained completely out

Drive axle housing drain plug cleaned and reinstalled

Planetary hub level/drain/fill plugs removed, oil drained completely out, and plugs reinstalled

Air Intake System - Check, Clean

Mast, Carriage, Lift Chains & Attachments - Inspect, Lubricate

Steering Mechanism - Check, Lubricate

Brake Cam Shaft & Slack Adjuster - Lubricate

Battery Terminal - Clean, Inspect

Sign off on the maintenance check

Steer Wheel Bearings - Reassemble

Hydraulic Oil, Strainer & Breather - Check, Clean, Change

Hydraulic High Pressure Filter - Change

Lift Chains - Test, Check, Adjust

Transmission Oil & Oil Filter - Change;
