Fuel System Maintenance

Engine priming completed at factory?
Fuel system drained and refueled?
Fuel filter and other parts replaced?
Water drained from oil-water separator?
All fuel hoses connected?
Hand pump retightened?
Spilled fuel cleaned up and disposed of properly?
Engine not cranked with the starting motor to feed the fuel system?
10 Hourly / 1 Daily Mast Channel Lubrication
Warning: Ensure the machine is turned off and secured before starting the procedure
Check if the channels on the roller-type mast are clean
Upload a photo of the channels before lubrication
Enter the type of lubricant used
Apply a light film of lubricant on the channels where the rollers ride
Upload a photo of the channels after lubrication
Sign off on the mast channel lubrication
500 Hourly / 3 Monthly Air Compressor Filter Maintenance
Warning: Always ensure the compressor is switched off and disconnected from the power source before performing any maintenance tasks.
Check the air filter every 250 hours
Upload a photo of the air filter after 250 hours check
Replace the air filter every 500 hours
Upload a photo of the new air filter
Describe any foreign materials found in the sponge filter
Sign off on the filter maintenance
Water Separator Maintenance
WARNING! Prior to any service or maintenance activity, Test Fuel System for Leaks
Engine check lamp indicates any fault related to water separator
If the engine check lamp indicates any fault related to water separator, remove the water in the separator immediately, regardless of regular maintenance schedule
Lower part of the fuel filter is the water separator, in which a sensor is installed to monitor water and contaminants and transmit warning signal to the indicator to notify the operator of the water accumulated in the separator
Drain the water in the water separator as follows
Place an approved container under the water separator for collecting the water and contaminants
Open the drain cock on the bottom of the water separator of the fuel filter
Drain the water in the water separator
Close the drain cock by hand
100 Hourly / 1 Weekly Drive Axle Oil, Transmission Oil, Oil Filter & Strainer Maintenance
WARNING! Hot oil and components can cause personal injury. Do not allow hot oil or components to contact skin
Park the lift truck level, with the forks lowered, parking brake engaged, direction control lever in NEUTRAL and the engine stopped
Remove drive axle drain plug and transmission drain plug
Allow the oil to drain into a suitable container
Clean the magnetic drain plug
Check O-ring seal and replace if necessary
Remove the spring and the strainer
Wash the strainer assembly in clean, nonflammable solvent and dry it
Install the strainer assembly
