Tighten cylinder mounting looseness and damage

Inspect rod and rod screw and rod end deformation and damage

Measure natural drop and natural forward tilt

Inspect cylinder for Oil leakage and damage

Inspect pin and cylinder shaft support wear and damage

Inspect Oil Pump for Oil leakage and unusual noise

Inspect fork and stopper pin condition

Inspect left and right fork uniformity

Inspect Mast and lift bracket for deformation, damage, and cracks in welded portion

Inspect Mast and lift bracket looseness

Inspect Mast and lift bracket for roller wear, damage, and rotating condition

Inspect Mast strip wear and damage

Inspect Chain and chain wheel for chain tension, deformation, and damage

Inspect Chain anchor bolt condition

Check loosening at connections at the motor and retighten if loose. Check for any damage on insulation covering

Check battery fluid level and specific gravity

Check loosening at cylinder rod end. Retighten tie rod end set bolt if loose

Check bolts and nuts for tightness. Retighten where required

Grease all greasing points, king pins, rear axle center pin cap, etc

Sign off on the 40 Hourly / Weekly Maintenance

Voltage measurement of each battery cell after charging

Inspect Mounting condition of the arc shooter

Inspect Operating condition and timings of the magnetic contactor

Inspect Looseness of the coil mounting parts

Inspect Mounting condition of the main circuit lead wire looseness

Measure controller overcorrect limited value

Sign off on the electrical system maintenance

Power Steering Rubber Parts replaced

Material Handling System Hose replaced

Sign off on the replacement procedure
