Check loosening at connections at the motor and retighten if loose. Check for any damage on insulation covering

Check battery fluid level and specific gravity

Check loosening at cylinder rod end. Retighten tie rod end set bolt if loose

Check bolts and nuts for tightness. Retighten where required

Grease all greasing points, king pins, rear axle center pin cap, etc

Sign off on the 40 Hourly / Weekly Maintenance

Inspect tire cuts, damage and uneven treads

Inspect metal fragments, stones or other foreign objects in tires

Inspect front wheel bearing for unusual noise and looseness

Inspect rear wheel bearing for unusual noise and looseness

Measure Axle beam forward and backward direction looseness while it is new

Correct Previously Detected Malfunctions

Inspect body for oil leakage, loose parts and exterior damage

Inspect wheels for tire wear or damage; rims and hub nuts

Inspect lamp condition and damaged lamps

Inspect oil level, contamination, and consistency

Warning Decals shall be inplace, clean, can be read

Inspect battery connectors for damaged cable ends, loose or frayed cable

Inspect pedal play and braking effect

Inspect front axle for housing cracks and damage

Inspect rear axle for beam cracks, damage and deformation

Measure axle beam forward and backward direction looseness
