Use appropriate access equipment and procedures. Note the standard collector is not equipped with access platforms unless noted on the specification drawings

Monitor the physical condition of the collector and repair or replace any damaged components. Routine inspections will minimize downtime and maintain optimum system performance. This is particularly important on continuous-duty applications

Monitor pressure drop across filters. Abnormal changes in pressure drop may indicate a change in operating conditions and possibly a fault to be corrected

1. Remove upper and lower doors to access the filters

2. Loosen both set screws on the front and rear hold down brackets

Close gate before servicing drum

Removed upper door and opened lower door

Loosened the filter pack slide latch wing screws and moved the slide latches away from the gasket

Allowed the filter pack to collapse in the center and removed it by guiding it out the bottom side of the sealing frame

Removed banded EZ Filter Pack from box without removing bands

Fully loosened wing screws and moved slide latches to the rear

Inserted banded EZ Filter Pack over shaker bar and rested it on shaker bar
