NOTE! Filter/elements should be checked between 40-200 hours

The elements have been blown with compressed air from the inside out

Blast air can be felt coming through the filter/element

Does the element need to be replaced?

NOTE! Use only Becker Genuine filters to maintain warranty protection

Number of pushes into each fitting

NOTE! Use only special Becker Amblygon grease to maintain warranty protection.

Sign off on the bearing lubrication

Warning: Wear dust masks and eye protection/goggles that protect against dust, debris, powders and airborne particles.

Wipe away any excess grease from the rotor shaft

Fully insert pins before tightening end shield bolts

If pins are not aligned properly, this may offset tolerance

Blow out cooling fins and underneath plastic shrouds removing any debris

If run time is less than 3000 hours, stop the procedure

Bolts unscrewed and fed back into threaded ports

If vane height is less than the minimum, proceed to replacement

Housing and rotor slot blown out
