Sound Blankets Removal
Warning: Wait for 10 minutes after turning off all power supplies before disassembling work.
Sound Blanket Removal
Remove the sound blanket (top)
Remove the sound blanket (body)
Check for any tears in the piping ports on the sound blanket
Outer Panel Removal
Warning: Wait for 10 minutes or more after turning off all power supplies before disassembling work.
Remove the 8 screws of the top panel.
Pull the suction grille to unfasten the 3 hooks.
Lift up and remove the top panel.
Unfasten the 3 hooks with a flat screwdriver and remove the suction grille.
Remove the screw and remove the front panel (2).
Fit the 5 hooks when reassembling the front panel (2).
Remove the screw and remove the piping cover (front).
Fit the 3 hooks when reassembling the piping cover (front).
Electrical Component ASSY Removal
Warning: Wait for 10 minutes after turning off all power supplies before disassembling work.
Outdoor Temperature Sensor Removal
Detach the outdoor temperature sensor.
Remove the sensor fixing plate.
Outdoor Temperature Thermostat Disconnection
Disconnect the terminals of the outdoor temperature thermostat (S1T).
Remove the left screw and slide the outdoor temperature thermostat to the left to remove it.
If difficult to remove, loosen the right screw.
Compressor Capacitor Terminal Disconnection
Outdoor Fan / Fan Motor Removal
Warning: Wait for 10 minutes after turning off all power supplies before disassembling work.
Disconnect the relay connector for the fan motor.
Unfasten the hook with a flat screwdriver.
Unfasten the 2 hooks and release the fan motor lead wire from the partition plate.
Ensure the fan motor lead wire is routed correctly during reassembly to avoid entanglement.
Remove the nut and remove the outdoor fan. Nut size: M8
Align the mark of the outdoor fan with the D-cut section of the motor shaft during reassembly.
Remove the 4 screws and remove the fan motor. Screw size: M5 × 16
Ensure to remove the lower screws first to prevent the fan motor from tilting or falling.
Compressor ASSY Removal

Wait for 10 minutes after turning off all power supplies before starting disassembly.
Ensure no contact with heated pipes and parts from the gas brazing machine.
Is the room ventilated in case of refrigerant gas leakage?
Prepare wet cloth to extinguish fire in case refrigerant oil catches fire.
Environmental and Safety Cautions
Ensure refrigerant gas is not discharged into the atmosphere.
Collect all refrigerant gas before proceeding.
Restore piping using non-oxidation brazing.
