Outdoor Fan / Fan Motor Removal
Pre-removal Safety
Wait for 10 minutes or more after turning off all power supplies before disassembling work.
Fan Motor and Outdoor Fan Removal
Remove the shield plate.
Disconnect the connector [S70] for the fan motor.
Release the clamp from the partition plate.
Release the fan motor lead wire from the groove and the 2 hooks of the partition plate.
Remove the nut and remove the outdoor fan.
Remove the 2 screws of the fan motor fixing frame.
Four Way Valve / Electronic Expansion Valve Removal
Safety Precautions
Wait for 10 minutes after turning off all power supplies before starting disassembly.
Ensure pipes and parts heated by the gas brazing machine are cool to avoid burns.
Is the room ventilated in case of refrigerant gas leakage?
Ensure refrigerant gas is not discharged into the atmosphere and is collected properly.
Cautions for Restoration
Restore piping using non-oxidation brazing.
Wrap the four way valve with wet cloth and provide water to prevent overheating.

PCB Removal
Pre-removal Safety Check
Ensure all power supplies are turned off
Wait for 10 minutes after turning off power supplies
Main PCB Removal
Remove the main PCB [S12] for [HL4] [HN4] on filter
Disconnect the PCB connector [S12] and pull out the clamp
Disconnect the connector [S10] for [S11] on filter PCB
Pull out the clamp and note reassembly instructions
Disconnect the connectors [HN3] [HL3] for [HN2] [HL2] on filter PCB
Sound Blanket / Thermistor Removal
Warning: Wait for 10 minutes after turning off all power supplies before disassembling work.
Sound Blanket Removal
Remove the 2 screws and remove the partition plate.
Remove the sound blanket (top upper).
Remove the sound blanket (top lower).
Remove the sound blanket (back).
Remove the sound blanket (outer).
Remove the sound blanket (inner).
Thermistor Removal

Warning: Wait for 10 minutes after turning off all power supplies before disassembling work.
Disassembly Steps
Remove the 2 screws and remove the protection plate.
Remove the 3 screws and remove the wire fixture.
Remove the 7 screws and remove the connecting wire and the power supply wire.
Remove the 2 screws and remove the earth / ground wire.
Pull out the outdoor temperature thermistor.
Remove the 4 screws of the right side panel.
Unfasten the 3 hooks and remove the right side panel.
