Remove the valve cap from liquid stop valve

Remove the valve cap from gas stop valve

Select method for forced cooling operation

Carry out forced cooling operation

Wait for 5 to 10 minutes before closing the liquid stop valve

Close the liquid stop valve with a hexagonal wrench

Is the supply voltage within the specified range?

Set temperature for trial operation

Set to lowest programmable temperature in cooling mode or highest in heating mode

Set temperature to normal level after trial operation

Wait for 3 minutes after turning off the system before restarting

Carry out test operation as per the operation manual

Check that all functions and parts are working properly

Ensure all refrigerant pipe joints are tightened with a torque wrench at the specified tightening torque.

Use a hexagonal wrench (4mm) to operate the stop valve rod.

Connect projection side of charging hose to gas stop valve’s service port.

Fully open gauge manifold’s low-pressure valve (Lo) and completely close its high-pressure valve (Hi).

Ensure compound pressure gauge reads –0.1MPa (–76cmHg) after vacuum pumping.
