Warning: Wait for 10 minutes after turning off all power supplies before disassembling work.

Remove the sound blanket (body)

Check for any tears in the piping ports on the sound blanket

Warning: Wait for 10 minutes or more after turning off all power supplies before disassembling work.

Disconnect the relay connector for the fan motor.

Unfasten the hook with a flat screwdriver.

Unfasten the 2 hooks and release the fan motor lead wire from the partition plate.

Ensure the fan motor lead wire is routed through the back of the fan motor during reassembly to avoid entanglement with the outdoor fan.

Remove the nut and remove the outdoor fan.

Align the mark of the outdoor fan with the D-cut section of the motor shaft during reassembly.

Remove the 4 screws and remove the fan motor.

Warning: Wait for 10 minutes after turning off all power supplies before disassembling work.

Outdoor Temperature Sensor Removal

Detach the outdoor temperature sensor.

Remove the sensor fixing plate.

Outdoor Temperature Thermostat Disconnection

Disconnect the terminals of the outdoor temperature thermostat (S1T).

Identify K1M: magnetic contactor.

Outdoor Temperature Thermostat Removal

Remove the left screw and slide the outdoor temperature thermostat to the left to remove it.

Wait for 10 minutes after turning off all power supplies before starting disassembly.

Ensure no burns occur from heated pipes and parts.

Ventilate the room if refrigerant gas leaks during work.

Prepare wet cloth to extinguish fire immediately if refrigerant oil catches fire.

Environmental and Safety Cautions

Ensure refrigerant gas is not discharged into the atmosphere.

Restore piping by non-oxidation brazing.

Ensure all power supplies are turned off for at least 10 minutes before starting disassembly

Remove the 8 screws of the top panel

Pull the suction grille to unfasten the 3 hooks

Lift up and remove the top panel

Unfasten the 3 hooks with a flat screwdriver and remove the suction grille
