Remove the air filter by pressing the claws on the right and left down slightly, then pulling upward

Check that all parts of the outdoor unit are intact

Are the air inlets and outlets of both indoor and outdoor units clear of obstructions?

Is the drain water coming smoothly out of the drain hose during COOL or DRY operation?

Describe any issues if no drain water is seen and consult the service shop if necessary
