Hydraulic Oil Change
Engine stopped and filler cap cool enough to touch?
Forklift parked on level surface with forks lowered, parking brake applied, transmission in NEUTRAL and engine stopped?

50 Hourly or 1 Weekly Forklift Maintenance
Warning: When using compressed air for cleaning, wear an approved face shield and protective clothing. Use maximum air pressure of 2 kgf/cm2 (30 psi) for cleaning purposes.
Notice: Never service the air cleaner with the engine running. Do not clean the elements by striking them against another object. Always inspect the element before and after cleaning. Use a light inside the element. Do not use elements with damaged pleats, gaskets or seals.
Park the lift truck on a level surface, with the forks lowered, the parking brake applied, the transmission in NEUTRAL and the engine stopped.
Caution: Install the dust pan with its arrow mark up.
Raise the hood.
Remove the dust pan by releasing the latches at three places.
Unscrew the wing nut, and remove the element by pulling it.
Remove the cover from the dust pan, and clean the inside of the pan by removing dust.
Clean the inside of the air cleaner housing.
10 Hourly or 1 Daily Forklift Maintenance
