1 Daily Brewer Cleaning
Warning: Always disconnect the brewer from the power source before cleaning
Cleaned all surfaces with a damp cloth rinsed in mild, nonabrasive, liquid detergent
Checked and cleaned the sprayhead
Used the short end of the sprayhead cleaning tool to remove any mineral deposits from the five water outlets of the plastic sprayhead
Used the long end of the sprayhead cleaning tool to remove any mineral deposits from the sprayhead fitting
Is the brewer located in a hard water area?
If the brewer is in a hard water area, the sprayhead cleaning needs to be done daily
Did the 'Brew Logic' circuit activate?
If the 'Brew Logic' circuit activated, it will temporarily disable the 'Recovery Booster' and 'Pulse Brewing' systems until the unit has been de-limed
Brewer Tank Maintenance
Loosen screws that secure the front access panel. Remove the panel
Fasten the white hose shutoff clamp at the end of the drain hose
Unfasten the black hose clamp at the end of the drain hose (above solenoid, or above check valve if equipped)
Place the end of the drain hose in a container that has a minimum capacity of 200 oz (5.9 L)
Release the white clamp to drain water from the tank
When tank is empty, leave the white clamp loose, and tighten the black clamp at the end of the drain hose. (Repeat steps 2-6 for remaining side on Twins)
Replace the front panel and tighten screws
Sign off on the brewer tank maintenance
