1 Weekly Brewer Maintenance
Maintain the brewer
Smart Funnel® removed and set aside
Peak Extraction® sprayhead unscrewed and set aside
NOTE - Any buildup on the sprayhead may restrict water flow, and impact your coffee brewing. For consistently great coffee, clean sprayheads weekly. Upon visual inspection it may appear that light passes through all holes in the sprayhead plate, but a thin film of residue can pass light and still impede water flow
Sprayhead cleaning tool inserted into the sprayhead and by-pass outlet fitting and rotated several times
Warm soapy solution prepared with nonabrasive, liquid detergent (140' F)
Sprayhead panel wiped down with a clean, damp cloth wetted in the solution
Peak Extraction sprayhead disassembled by removing the black seal
All individual sprayhead parts submerged and washed in the solution
