Dispenser Cleaning

Set cooling to OFF. Empty all product from the Hoppers. Turn Auger to OFF selection

Disconnect the Hopper Lid Cords on the back of the Hoppers

Disconnect the Level Probes at the top rear of the Hoppers

Remove Hopper Lids

Remove the Faucet Assembly

Removing Handles

Carefully slide the Faucet Valve up to remove the Spring and Faucet Seal

Depress the Hopper Lock Plunger and lift the Hopper up slightly

Pull Hopper forward to remove

Dispenser Autofill Brixing Pump Cleaning

Sanitize autofill (WITH BRIXING PUMP INSTALLED)

Materials Required

Non-sudsing liquid detergent (such as common household automatic dishwasher liquid detergent)

Household bleach (Sodium chloride solution: 5.25%) or equivalent

Clean five (5) gallon bucket

Measuring Cup

An adaptor is needed to hold the Q.C.D. (Quick Connect/Disconnect) fitting on the concentrate suction line open. A connector from an empty bag will work

Sanitizing Procedure

Fill bucket with 4 gallons of warm water (120-180 deg. F)

Dispenser Autofill Brixing System Cleaning

Sanitize autofill (WITH INTERNAL BRIXING SYSTEM INSTALLED)

Tools required: 1 bucket (larger than 5 gallons), Sanitizer, Empty pitcher, Clean wash rags, BIB connector cut from empty product BIB

Fill bucket with 5 gallons of approximately 80F (26.6C) water and sanitizing solution

Select 'auger on' and set the cooling mode to 'off' for each hopper being sanitized

Empty product from each hopper being sanitized

Pour one gallon of warm water into each hopper to rinse the remaining product, and then drain hopper(s)

Disconnect concentrate line from BIB and attach BIB connector that has been cut from an empty bag so the sanitizer can flow freely through it. Place the connector in the bottom of the sanitizer solution bucket

Select 'auger refill on' for each hopper being sanitized. Allow hoppers to fill until system reaches the fill probe. If a refill fault occurs, press the Ultra button to clear and continue filling. Repeat this process until the product line runs clear

Once full, allow sanitizer to sit in the hoppers) for 20 minutes

Replace hopper drum seal

Replace faucet seal

Inspect auger shaft for abnormal wear

Replace the auger shaft bushing

Replace the cooling shaft seal

Lubricate the motor shaft and motor shaft groove

Inspect and clean the condenser fan

Clean condenser air filter monthly

Clean condenser coil 6 monthly or as needed
