Ensure all machine movements are completely stopped.

Set the all-pole disconnecting and lockable safety switch to “0” and lock it.

Caution: A prerequisite for safe and trouble-free operation is that maintenance work is carried out correctly.

Sign off on the motors lubrication

Check and adjust if necessary finger flaps

Check and lubricate adjusting spindles

Ensure dust-free operation of the machine

Check the finger flaps (8) and (9) to make sure they just close without any product

Check the distance (X) between the feed box (1) and the rubber plate on the joggle shoe (2)

Ensure that the discharge slot (X) is parallel across the entire width

Check the lamellae (4) of the separator (5) for dust and clean if necessary

The lamellae can be reached by opening and pulling down the baffle plate (6) or inspection cover (7)
