Removal
1. Loosen the eccentric ring (4) of the flange bearing (2)
2. Loosen the screws (6)
Spur Gear Motor Maintenance
The machine may only be maintained by suitably qualified and authorised personnel
Danger!
Never perform any maintenance, cleaning or overhaul work unless the machine is at a complete standstill (all machine movements have been stopped)
The lockable safety switch, which interrupts the power at all poles, must be set to "0" and locked
Explosion protection!
In potentially explosive areas, proper maintenance, cleaning, lubrication and genuine spare parts are a prerequisite for maintaining explosion protection
Removal
1. Loosen screws (10)
2. Remove the spur gear motor (1) from the rotor (5)
Flange Bearing Maintenance
The machine may only be maintained by suitably qualified and authorised personnel

Removal
Loosen the threaded pin
If there are two pins, both should be loosened
Rotor Inserts Intallation

Installation of rotor inserts
Fitting inserts will entail a reduction in performance
One single insert will reduce the delivery volume by approximately 7.5 %
