Safety and Maintenance Instructions

DANGER: Electrical voltage - Electrocution hazard

Disconnect the device from power supply

Ensure the equipment cannot be reconnected to mains unintentionally

Device opened by trained staff only

CAUTION: Hot surface - Burning hazard

Device cooled down before maintaining

CAUTION: High pressure - Risk of injury from ejected parts or oil, environmental hazard from oil

Warning: Ensure the power is disconnected and the fan is secured against restarting

Motor disconnected from power and secured against restarting

Four connecting screws to the box at the tips of the grate loosened

Fan carefully removed out the back

New fan inserted in the reverse order

Retaining screw of the fan installed in the motor shaft

Warning: Ensure the cooler matrix is cool and the system is depressurized before starting the cleaning process.

Motor disconnected from the mains and secured against accidental restarting?

System depressurized and piping to the cooling matrix disconnected?

Oil drip pan placed below the cooling matrix?

All connections closed with plugs to avoid more oil leaking from the matrix?

Cooling matrix protected from falling down?

Fan guard with motor and fan wheel removed by unscrewing the 4 fastening screws?

Cooling element loosened and removed after removing the four connecting bolts to the box?

WARNING; Danger due to rotating fan

Do not reach into the safety guard!

The device must not be started or operated outside the specifications!

Abrupt flow variation can lead to pressure peaks that may damage the cooler matrix

Make sure that the specifications are not exceeded in this case!
