Important: Correct V-belt stress is important for safe operation.

Excessively slack V-belts will grind and heat up. Excessive heating is prohibited in hazardous areas.

V-belts that are too taut put excessive load on the bearings and lead to bearing damage.

Check the stress of the V-belts, tensioning them if necessary.

Ensure that the depths of impression are achieved with a test load (F) of 25 N per V-belt.

Remove dust, dirt or product depositions with a dry cleaning cloth, brush or vacuum cleaner.

Sign off on the aspiration channel cleaning

2 fasteners (2) are opened and the guide sheet (1) is removed

Cutter louvres (1) are dedusted

Guide sheet (1) is fitted and the 2 fasteners (2) are closed

Lubricate the adjusting spindle at the top
