Lubricate the adjusting spindle at the top

Lubricate the adjusting spindle at the bottom

For drive motor, refer to the documentation provided by the motor supplier.

Sign off on the aspiration channel lubrication

Dust, dirt or product depositions removed with a dry cleaning cloth, brush or vacuum cleaner

Sign off on the aspiration channel cleaning

Prerequisites: Product feed is interrupted. The machine is secured so that it cannot be started up unexpectedly. If the machine starts up unexpectedly, individuals working on the machine could be injured severely.

Safety switch set to <0> and locked

2 fasteners (2) opened and guide sheet (1) removed

Guide sheet (1) fitted and 2 fasteners (2) closed

Sign off on the aspiration channel cleaning

- Check the function of the discharge flap.

If the machine starts up unexpectedly, individuals working on the machine could be injured severely.

- Set the safety switch to <0> and lock it.

- Remove the key and keep it with you.

- Check the function of the finger flaps.
