Warning: Maintenance of the machine may only be carried out by suitably qualified and authorised personnel.

Danger: Perform all maintenance, cleaning, and inspection work only when the machine is at a standstill. Ensure all machine movements are completely stopped. Set the all-pole disconnecting and lockable safety switch to “0” and lock it.

Caution: A prerequisite for safe and trouble-free operation is that maintenance work is carried out correctly. If the machine is used in an Ex zone, the maximum permissible surface temperature according to the ATEX designation must be observed.

Check the lamellae (4) of the separator (5) for dust and clean if necessary

The lamellae can be reached by opening and pulling down the baffle plate (6) or inspection cover (7)

Sign off on the monthly aspirator maintenance

Check and adjust if necessary finger flaps

Check and lubricate adjusting spindles

Ensure dust-free operation of the machine

Check the distance between the feed box and the rubber plate on the joggle shoe

Adjust the finger flaps in the heavy-product outlet and the discharge gates in the light-product outlet

All moving parts of the upper and lower partition adjuster should be oiled at half-yearly intervals
