Disconnect the chamber from the power supply

Select cleaning agents for different surfaces

Thoroughly remove any residues of the charging material

Wipe surfaces with a moistened towel

Completely remove cleaning agents from surfaces with a moistened towel

Ensure compliance with applicable regulations (e.g., DGUV guidelines 213-850 for Germany).

Identify the chamber type and corresponding safety controller class

Safety Controller Function Check

Is the safety controller functioning properly?

Verify the alarm message is displayed when maximum temperature is exceeded.

Temperature Set-point Verification

Enter the current safety controller set-point temperature.

Adjust the safety controller set-point to 2 °C to 5 °C above the desired temperature set-point.

Disconnect the chamber from the power supply by pulling the power plug.

Ensure no decontamination agents that may react with device components are used.

Select the decontamination method based on contamination type and material.

Ensure all inflammable goods are removed before hot air sterilization.

Spray the inner chamber with an appropriate disinfectant.

Ensure the chamber is absolutely dry and ventilated before start-up.

Ensure the chamber is disconnected from the power supply before starting maintenance.

Verify that the chamber is not wet during maintenance.

Confirm that the rear panel of the chamber is not removed.

Is the maintenance being conducted by a licensed electrician or authorized expert?

Are the legal requirements regarding qualifications, scope of testing, and documentation being met?
