8 Hourly Press Brake Machine Lubrication
Manual Lubrication
Grease the two zerks on each end of the gibs at 8 hours of running time intervals.
One-Shot Lubrication (Optional)
Manually pump grease into the machine using the grease pump attached to the lube station for normal usage.
Operate the one-shot grease pump every 8 hours of running time for extended usage.
Automatic Lubrication (Optional)
Ensure the auto lube provides grease to all points on the gibs upon initial start-up of the Press Brake for normal usage.
Set the timer on the machine to control greasing intervals after initial start-up for extended usage.

Pressure Check
Preparation
Remove upper punch & set aside
Crank limit switches to the lowest position
Pressure Adjustment
Put machine in JOG and press DOWN button until cylinders bottom out
Enter the pressure reading in PSI
Is the pressure at 2,500 PSI?
Re-adjustment and Replacement
Turn machine to RUN to re-adjust limit switches
1 Yearly Press Brake Maintenance
Examine and Secure Fasteners
Check cap screws for looseness and secure them
Check nuts for looseness and secure them
Describe any repairs or replacements made to fasteners
Filter Maintenance
Was the return line filter changed during the previous year?
Change the return line filter if not done during the previous year
Suction Line Strainer Maintenance
Remove the suction line strainer
Hydraulic System Maintenance
Oil Change and Tank Flushing
Flush the tank thoroughly to remove old oil
Remove and flush the suction line strainer (Does not pertain to 50-70T)
Filter Replacement
Install a new return filter cartridge before adding new oil
Replace return line filter (at least yearly or more frequently with heavy use)
Oil Filling
Fill the hydraulic reservoir with 10W ISO 32, non-foaming oil
System Bleeding

Hydraulics Inspection
Inspect all lines and fittings for leaks
Cylinders Inspection
Inspect piston rods for leaks or scoring of surface
Manifold Inspection
Inspect manifold block and replace any leaking 'O' rings
Electrical System Inspection
Turn off power and lock MAIN DISCONNECT switch
Inspect all connections for any loose connections
