Apply all relevant safety precautions

Use correct personal protection equipment (gloves and safety goggles)

Ensure oil level is checked regularly

Ensure timely service of consumables

Stop the compressor and switch off the voltage

Ensure the compressor is off and in local control

Access the CAN Troubleshooting menu

Press Make Inoperative and confirm

Select the drain to replace from the drop-down menu

Check if the word 'Removed' is displayed in the IO modules menu

Record the current operating hours of the filter

Record the current pressure drop across the filter

Has the filter been in use for 12 months or more?

Determine if filter replacement is necessary based on the following criteria

Replace the filter elements of the oil mist filters (UD+)

Verify the installation of new filter elements

Wait for condensate discharge during operation

Use test button on electronic water drain to check drain function

Wait for condensate discharge by dryer drain during operation

Stop the compressor and switch off the voltage

Apply all relevant safety precautions

Use correct personal protection equipment

Remove the cover of the air filter by opening the clip system

Fit the new element and the cover
