Wait for condensate discharge during operation

Use test button on electronic water drain to check drain function

Wait for condensate discharge by dryer drain during operation

Stop the compressor, close the air outlet valve and switch off the voltage.

Cover all parts underneath the cooler.

Remove the service plate at the fan compartment.

Remove dirt from the coolers with a fibre brush, brushing in the direction of the cooling fins.

Remove dirt from the fan with a fibre brush.

Clean with an air jet in the direction of the normal flow.

Is it necessary to wash the coolers with a cleaning agent?

Remove the material that was used as cover after maintenance on the fan and on the coolers.

Check the relative humidity sensor

Clean the relative humidity sensor

Remove dirt on the condenser inlet with a vacuum cleaner

Clean with an air jet in the reverse direction to normal flow

Record the current operating hours of the filter

Record the current pressure drop in mbar

Has it been 12 months since the last filter replacement?

Determine if filter replacement is needed based on the following criteria

Replace the filter elements of the oil mist filters (UD+)

Verify the new filter is operating within the normal pressure range (200-250 mbar)

Stop the compressor and switch off the voltage

Apply all relevant safety precautions

Use correct personal protection equipment (gloves and safety goggles)

Remove the cover of the air filter by opening the clip system

Fit the new element and the cover
