Stop the compressor and switch off the voltage

Apply all relevant safety precautions

Use correct personal protection equipment

Remove the cover of the air filter by opening the clip system

Fit the new element and the cover

Inspect air filter element for damage or contamination

Replace damaged or heavily contaminated air filter elements

Check the filter elements of the electric cabinet

Record the current operating hours of the filter

Measure the current pressure drop across the filter

Turn off the system and ensure it is depressurized

Check if the system is operating within the normal pressure range (200-250 mbar)

Is condensate discharged during operation?

Use test button on electronic water drain to check drain function

Is condensate discharged by the dryer drain during operation?

Ensure the compressor is off and in local control

Access CAN Troubleshooting menu and press Make Inoperative

Confirm the system is inoperative and new menu options are available

Select Remove Device in the CAN Troubleshooting menu

Select the drain to replace from the drop-down menu

Verify the data is cleared from the configuration

Check IO modules menu to confirm the drain is marked as Removed
