Is the lamp cool enough to handle?

Press the release buttons and remove the front cover to access the lamp area

Unscrew the lamp cover and remove it

Unscrew, disconnect and replace the lamp. Insert, fix and reconnect the new lamp

Unscrew the cell screw using a 4-mm hexagonal wrench

Remove the SST rings using a pair of tweezers

Use adhesive tape to remove the peek ring, the window, and the gasket

Repeat the disassembly steps for the other window, keeping the parts separate

Ensure no window surfaces are scratched by tweezers

Pour isopropanol into the cell hole and wipe clean with a piece of lint-free cloth.

Clean the windows with ethanol or methanol and dry with a piece of lint-free cloth.

Verify that the following items are in place after cleaning

Move the power lock across the power inlet

Is it required to remove the interface board?

Unscrew and remove the interface board, if required

Is it required to insert the interface board?

Ensure all solvent lines are drained before opening any connections in the flow path.

Use a soft cloth slightly dampened with water or a solution of water and mild detergent to clean the module case.

Ensure no liquid is dripping into the electronic compartment of the module.

Confirm that the cloth used is not excessively damp.

Verify that all connections are securely closed after cleaning.
