Cleaning Process
3 Monthly E-Coated Coil Water Rinse Cleaning
Safety Precautions
Ensure pressure washer or compressed air is set to low pressure to prevent fin and/or coil damages.
Avoid using harsh chemicals, household bleach, or acid cleaners on e-coated coils.
Cleaning Procedure
Select the approved coil cleaner used
Clean the coil with the selected approved coil cleaner following the manufacturer's directions.
Use the approved chloride remover to remove soluble salts and revitalize the unit.
Post-Cleaning Inspection
Inspect the coil for any visible damage or residue after cleaning.
Polymer Wheel Drive Motor And Pulley Replacement
Disconnect power to wheel drive motor
Remove belt from pulley and position temporarily around wheel rim
Loosen set screw in wheel drive pulley using a hex head wrench and remove pulley from motor drive shaft
While supporting weight of drive motor in one hand, loosen and remove (4) mounting bolts
Install replacement motor with hardware kit supplied
Install pulley to dimension as shown and secure set screw to drive shaft
Stretch belt over pulley and engage in groove
Follow start-up procedure

Shut off all electrical power to the unit to avoid shock hazard or injury from rotating parts
Inspection and Cleaning
Inspect blower wheels and bands for excessive dust build up
Is there excessive dust build up on blower wheels?
Clean blower wheels if excessive dust build up is found
Post Maintenance
Check for any vibration or unusual noise after cleaning
Ensure all components are securely fastened after maintenance
