Pull filters straight out to inspect all of the filters

Replace filters with the size indicated on each filter or as shown in the tables below

Ensure arrow on the replacement filters points towards the blower

Ensure all necessary equipment and materials are available

Prepare a 5% phosphoric acid or 5% oxalic acid solution in the tank

Pump the cleaning liquid through the heat exchanger

Ensure the cleaning solution flow rate is at least 1.5 times the normal flow rate

Was the cleaning performed in a back-flush mode?

Rinse the heat exchanger with clean water

Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)

Inspect the drain pan for moisture and microbial growth

Remove any debris from the drain pan

Clean the drain pan with an appropriate cleaning solution

Is the drain line clear and unobstructed?

Ensure the system is turned off

Gather necessary cleaning tools and materials

Inspect the wheel for any visible damage or wear

Is the wheel free from visible damage?

Clean the wheel surface with a soft brush or vacuum

Use a mild detergent solution to clean stubborn dirt

Set unit controls to cooling mode of operation with supply fans on

Is the fan operating in the correct direction?

Is the compressor operating correctly?

Is the compressor rotating correctly?
