Pull filters straight out to inspect all of the filters

Replace filters with the size indicated on each filter or as shown in the tables below

Is the arrow on the replacement filters pointing towards the blower?

Check the condition, rigidness, and cleanliness of the purge sector

Measure the distance of the sector against the recovery wheel matrix

Is cleaning required using compressed air?

Was the purge sector cleaned using compressed air?

Ensure all checks and cleaning are completed

Ensure the machine is turned off and disconnected from power

Remove any covers or guards to access the belt

Measure the current belt tension

Is the belt tension within the recommended range?

Adjust the belt tension if necessary

Recheck the belt tension after adjustment

Shut off all electrical power to the unit to avoid shock hazard or injury from rotating parts

Inspect blower wheels and bands for excessive dust build up

Is there excessive dust build up on blower wheels?

Clean blower wheels if excessive dust build up is found

Check for any vibration or unusual noise after cleaning

Ensure all components are securely fastened after maintenance

Gain access to the aluminum energy recovery wheel

Remove the energy recovery wheel from the unit

Remove small foreign materials using one of the following methods

Use compressed air at a distance of at least 0.08 m (2 ft) from the wheel

Ensure pressure is not too high to avoid damaging the aluminum media

Use water at a distance of at least 0.08 m (2 ft) from the wheel
