Caution: Use only YASKAWA-specified antifreeze if the system uses a water-cooled torch. Do not use automotive antifreeze. It typically contains additives that can clog the small cooling ports in the torch and damage sealing gaskets in the water circulator pump.

Check the coolant/antifreeze level in the water circulator (optional)

Add a mixture of YASKAWA coolant/antifreeze and distilled water if necessary, following the proportions on the antifreeze container.

Inspect all safety-related items, including work-cell door interlocks, EMERGENCY STOP buttons, and arc curtains

Ensure they are in proper working condition.

Inspect gas and water hoses for damage

Sign off on the daily robotic welding cell inspection

Check the integrity and security of anchor hardware in system components and the common equipment base (optional) following Hilti® documentation.

Verify the torque of hold-down nuts in accordance with Hilti® documentation.
