Inspect the air filter elements

Replace damaged or heavily contaminated elements

Check for possible air leakages

Check for possible oil leakages

Element overhaul for synthetic oil if Working pressure, P < 200 mbar in Normal condition every 64000 Hours, in Medium condition every 48000 Hours and in Harsh condition every 36000 Hours

Element overhaul for synthetic oil if Working pressure, P > 200 mbar(a) in Normal condition every 72000 Hours, in Medium condition every 64000 Hours and in Harsh condition every 48000 Hours

Element overhaul for synthetic oil if Working pressure, P > 300 mbar(a) in Normal condition every 96000 Hours, in Medium condition every 72000 Hours and in Harsh condition every 64000 Hours

Element overhaul for mineral oil if Working pressure, P < 200 mbar in Normal condition every 48000 Hours, in Medium condition every 32000 Hours and in Harsh condition every 24000 Hours

Check coolers, clean if necessary

Check the filter elements of the electric cabinet. Replace if necessary

Check the silencer of the blow off valve, clean if necessary

Sign off on the pump inspection

NOTE! All these instruction based on Normal condition. In Medium condition interval should be 2000 Hours while in Harsh condition interval should be 1000 Hours

Replace the air filter elements

Clean the scavenge line and blow out the restriction nozzle

Check operation of cooling fans of converter and clean heatsink

Check vacuum control solenoid valve and gas ballast solenoid valve

Check and clean cooling fan assembly
