Sign off on the maintenance inspection

Inspect parking brake for ratchet wear and damage

Measure disk brake for pad wear and damage

Measure disk brake for disk brake wheel wear and damage

Retighten disk brake for disk brake wheel set bolt looseness

Measure disk brake for return spring fatigue

Inspect disk brake for master cylinder and wheel cylinder operation

Inspect disk brake for cylinder and piston cup wear and damage

Sign off on the braking system maintenance

Measure motor’s brush spring fatigue

Measure battery for cell voltage after charging

Inspect charger for magnet switch function
