Sign off on the replacement procedure

- Measure tire inflation pressure of the wheels

- Inspect tire cuts, damage and uneven wearing of the wheels

- Retighten loose rim and hub nuts

- Inspect metal chips, pebbles, and other foreign matter

- Inspect rim, side bearing, and disc wheel damage

- Inspect abnormal sound and looseness of front wheel bearing

- Inspect abnormal sound and looseness of rear wheel bearing

- Measure Looseness of axle beam in vehicle longitudinal direction;

Inspect State of spark plug (carbon, soot)

Inspect Pinion gear meshing status

Inspect Damage of wiring harness

Tighten loosening and damage of cylinder mounting

Inspect deformation and damage of rod, rod screw, and rod end

Measure natural drop and natural forward tilt (hydraulic drift)

Inspect cylinder for oil leak and damage

Inspect wear and damage of pin and pin support

Inspect cylinder for uneven movement

Inspect oil pump for oil leak and abnormal sound

Inspect Steering Wheel's Play and looseness

Inspect Steering Wheel's function

Inspect Steering Valve for oil leak

Retighten looseness of mounting

Inspect power steering for oil leak

Inspect power steering mounting and linkage looseness

Inspect king pin looseness of the knuckle

Sign off on the steering system maintenance
