Inspect proper starting and abnormal noise of the main body

Measure rotating condition at idling in main body

Measure rotating condition during acceleration in main body

Inspect exhaust gas condition of main body

Measure valve clearance while forklift is new

Inspect clogging and damage in PCV valve and piping in PCV system

Measure RPM in governor which shall be in no-load mode

Inspect lubrication oil system for leakage, oil level, clogging and dirt of oil filter

Measure Valve clearance (IDZ-II·2Z)

Retighten cylinder head bolt loosening

Measure Injection nozzle injection pressure and spray status

Inspect Exhaust system piping looseness and damage

Inspect Coolant temperature sensor damage

Measure play and reserve of brake pedal

Inspect operating force, braking effect, linkage and cable looseness and damage of the parking brake

Inspect braking effect of brake pedal

Inspect brake pipe for leak, damage and mounting condition

Inspect reservoir tank for leak and fluid level

Measure clearance between drum and lining on brake drum and brake shoe

Inspect wet brake's cooling oil level in tank

Sign off on the braking system maintenance

Inspect ignition timing for cracks on distributor cap

Inspect ignition timing for spark plug burning and gap

Inspect ignition timing distributor side terminal burning

Inspect ignition timing distributor cap center piece wear and damage

Inspect pinion gear meshing status

Inspect electrical wiring for damage of wiring harness and fuses

Inspect diesel engine key stop device function

Retighten loosening and damage of cylinder mounting

Inspect deformation and damage of rod, rod screw and rod end

Measure natural drop and natural forward tilt

Inspect cylinder for damage and oil leak

Inspect cylinder for wear and damage of pin and pin support

Inspect oil pump for oil leak and abnormal sound
