Inspect wear and damage of mast support bushing

Inspect wear and damage of roller pins

Cups and seals for brake master and wheel cylinders replaced

Sign off on the replacement procedure

Retighten looseness in the connecting parts of the motor

Inspect charging and electrolyte level of the battery

Measure electrolyte specific gravity of battery

Inspect looseness in the connecting parts of the battery

Inspect abnormality in the upper portion of the battery case

Inspect contact looseness, damage, abrasion in the magnetic contactor

Inspect king pin looseness of the knuckle

Sign off on the steering system maintenance

Inspect abnormality of fork and stopper pin

Inspect misalignment between left and right fork fingers

Inspect deformation and damage of each part and crack at welded part

Inspect mast and lift bracket looseness

Inspect wear, damage and rotating condition of rollers

Inspect wear and damage of mast strip

Inspect tension, deformation and damage of chain

Inspect abnormality of chain anchor bolt
