Measure Valve clearance (IDZ-II·2Z)

Retighten cylinder head bolt loosening

Measure Injection nozzle injection pressure and spray status

Inspect lock cylinder accumulator performance

Inspect rusting and corrosion of load sensor

Retighten Backing plate loose mounting

Measure battery fluid specific gravity

Inspect open-circuit in intake heater

Clean secondary ignition coil tower for GM6-262 engine model

Inspect battery case for leaks or damage for GM6-262 engine model

Inspect battery cable for damage, corrosion or contamination for GM6-262 engine model

Inspect retainer locks for GM6-262 engine model

Sign off on the electric system maintenance

Sign off on the replacement procedure
