Measure tire inflation pressure of the wheels

Inspect for tire cuts, damage, and uneven wearing

Tighten for loose rim and hub nuts

Inspect for metal chips, pebbles, or foreign matter trapped in tire grooves

Inspect rim, side bearing, and disc wheel for damage

Inspect for abnormal sound and looseness in the front wheel bearing

Inspect for abnormal sound and looseness in the rear wheel bearing

Measure for looseness of axle beam in vehicle longitudinal direction while forklift is new

Inspect head guard for cracks at welded portions

Inspect head guard for deformation and damage

Tighten for loosening of mounting in the back-rest

Inspect back-rest for deformation, cracks, and damage

Inspect the function and mounting condition of the lighting system

Inspect horn function and mounting condition

Inspect the function and mounting condition of the direction indicator

Inspect the functions of the instruments

Inspect the function and mounting condition of the backup buzzer

Retighten differential bolt loosening

Inspect Looseness at spline connections

Inspect Looseness of universal joint

Inspect Twisting and cracks of axle shaft

Sign off on the power transmission system maintenance

Inspect fork and stopper pin for abnormality

Inspect for misalignment between left and right fork fingers

Inspect each part for deformation, damage, and cracks at welded parts

Inspect mast and lift bracket for looseness

Inspect wear, damage, and rotating condition of rollers

Inspect mast trip for wear and damage

Inspect tension, deformation, and damage of chain

Inspect for abnormality in chain anchor bolt

Sign off on the replacement procedure
