Inspect steering Wheel's operating condition

Inspect steering valve for oil leakage

Inspect power steering for oil leakage

Inspect mounting and linkage looseness in power steering

Inspect knuckle king pin looseness

Sign off on the steering system maintenance

Tilt Steering Universal Joint Grease replaced

Differential & Planetary Gear Oil replaced

Master Cylinder Rubber Parts replaced

Wheel Cylinder Rubber Parts replaced

Sign off on the replacement procedure

Inspect SAS performance of lock cylinder and/or accumulator

Inspect load handing sensor for rust or corrosion

Inspect frame, cross member of the body

Tighten bolts and nuts looseness of the body

Sign off on the safety devices maintenance

Check loosening at connections at the motor and retighten if loose. Check for any damage on insulation covering

Check battery fluid level and specific gravity

Check loosening at cylinder rod end. Retighten tie rod end set bolt if loose

Check bolts and nuts for tightness. Retighten where required

Grease all greasing points, king pins, rear axle center pin cap, etc

Sign off on the 40 Hourly / Weekly Maintenance

Inspect Battery Electrolyte level

Measure Electrolyte specific gravity

Inspect Abnormality in the upper portion of the battery case

Inspect Magnetic Contactor for contact looseness, damage, abrasion

Inspect operating condition of the auxiliary contact, contamination, abrasion
