Check loosening at connections at the motor and retighten if loose. Check for any damage on insulation covering

Check battery fluid level and specific gravity

Check loosening at cylinder rod end. Retighten tie rod end set bolt if loose

Check bolts and nuts for tightness. Retighten where required

Grease all greasing points, king pins, rear axle center pin cap, etc

Sign off on the 40 Hourly / Weekly Maintenance

Inspect Function wear damage mounting looseness

Inspect shoe sliding position and lining wear

Inspect Brake drums for wear and damage

Inspect operating condition of the shoe

Measure brake drum for return spring wear

Inspect function of the automatic control system

Inspect backing plate for deformation, cracks and damage

Tighten looseness in mounting parts

Voltage measurement of each battery cell after charging

Inspect Mounting condition of the arc shooter

Inspect Operating condition and timings of the magnetic contactor

Inspect Looseness of the coil mounting parts

Inspect Mounting condition of the main circuit lead wire looseness

Measure controller overcorrect limited value

Sign off on the electrical system maintenance

Measure brake pedal's play and reserve

Inspect pull margin of the parking brake

Inspect braking effect of the parking brake

Inspect parking brake for rod and cable looseness and damage

Inspect Brake Pipe and Hose for leakage, damage, and mounting condition

Measure clearance between drum and lining

Sign off on the braking system maintenance

Tilt Steering Universal Joint Grease replaced

Differential & Planetary Gear Oil replaced

Master Cylinder Rubber Parts replaced

Wheel Cylinder Rubber Parts replaced

Sign off on the replacement procedure
