Measure injection timing in fuel system

Inspect draining of sedimenter in fuel system

Measure stall and hydraulic pressure in torque converter and transmission

Clean clogging of relief valve filter in gear box

Clean hydraulic oil tank and oil strainer

Measure battery fluid specific gravity

Sign off on the 1000 Hours / 6 Months Maintenance

Inspect planetary gear for leaks

Inspect planetary gear oil level

Inspect differential gear for leaks

Inspect for leaks in the torque converter and transmission

Inspect fluid levels in the torque converter and transmission

Inspect for proper function and looseness in the operating mechanism

Inspect the control valve and clutch functions

Inspect brake valve accumulator for function, wear, damage, leak and mounting looseness

Inspect wheel cylinder for function, wear, damage, leak and mounting looseness

Inspect Wear of shoe sliding portion and lining

Inspect Shoe operating condition

Inspect Automatic adjuster function

Inspect Backing plate for deformation, cracks and damage

- Replace Cyclone air cleaner element

- Replace Brake valve and accumulator rubber parts

- Replace Cups and seals for brake master and wheel cylinders;

Measure Valve clearance (IDZ-II·2Z)

Measure injection nozzle injection pressure

Sign off on the engine system maintenance
