Inspect ignition timing for cracks on distributor cap

Inspect ignition timing for spark plug burning and gap

Inspect ignition timing distributor side terminal burning

Inspect ignition timing distributor cap center piece wear and damage

Inspect pinion gear meshing status

Inspect electrical wiring for damage of wiring harness and fuses

Inspect diesel engine key stop device function

Measure fuel system injection timing

Inspection of draining of sedimenter in fuel system

Inspection of DPF muffler filter

Sign off on the engine system maintenance

Inspect oil clutch mechanism function and leak (OPT)

Measure Stall and hydraulic pressure in torque converter & transmission

Clean hydraulic oil tank and oil strainer

Sign off on the 1000 Hour / 6 Month Maintenance

Inspect steering wheel for play and looseness

Inspect steering wheel function

Inspect steering valve for oil leak

Retighten steering valve looseness of mounting

Inspect power steering for oil leak

Inspect power steering mounting and linkage looseness

Inspect king pin looseness in knuckle

Sign off on the steering system maintenance

Oil pump seal for material handling replaced

DPF Mafler filter replaced (Optional)

Enter the current machine hours

SAS Swing lock cylinder replaced (if machine hours > 10000)

3-way catalytic muffler replaced (if machine hours > 3500 or 5 years passed)

Sign off on the 3 Year Replacement
