Check loosening at connections at the motor and retighten if loose. Check for any damage on insulation covering

Check battery fluid level and specific gravity

Check loosening at cylinder rod end. Retighten tie rod end set bolt if loose

Check bolts and nuts for tightness. Retighten where required

Grease all greasing points, king pins, rear axle center pin cap, etc

Sign off on the 40 Hour / 1 Week Maintenance

Tilt Steering Universal Joint Grease replaced

Differential & Planetary Gear Oil replaced

Master Cylinder Rubber Parts replaced

Wheel Cylinder Rubber Parts replaced

Sign off on the replacement procedure

Inspect steering Wheel's play and looseness

Inspect steering Wheel's operating condition

Inspect steering valve for oil leakage

Inspect power steering for oil leakage

Inspect mounting and linkage looseness in power steering

Inspect knuckle king pin looseness

Sign off on the steering system maintenance

Inspect fork and stopper pin condition

Inspect left and right fork uniformity

Inspect Mast and lift bracket for deformation, damage, and cracks in welded portion

Inspect Mast and lift bracket looseness

Inspect Mast and lift bracket for roller wear, damage, and rotating condition

Inspect Mast strip wear and damage

Inspect Chain and chain wheel for chain tension, deformation, and damage

Inspect Chain anchor bolt condition

Abnormality in the upper portion of the battery case inspected

Magnetic Contactor for contact looseness, damage, abrasion inspected

Operating condition of the auxiliary contact, contamination, abrasion inspected
