Voltage measurement of each battery cell after charging

Measure natural drop and natural forward tilt

Inspect cylinder for Oil leakage and damage

Inspect pin and cylinder shaft support wear and damage

Inspect Oil Pump for Oil leakage and unusual noise

Inspect fork and stopper pin condition

Inspect left and right fork uniformity

Inspect Mast and lift bracket for deformation, damage, and cracks in welded portion

Inspect Mast and lift bracket looseness

Inspect Mast and lift bracket for roller wear, damage, and rotating condition

Inspect Mast strip wear and damage

Inspect Chain and chain wheel for chain tension, deformation, and damage

Inspect Chain anchor bolt condition

Inspect drive unit for oil leakage

Inspect oil level in drive unit

Inspect differential/planetary gear for oil leakage

Inspect oil level in differential/planetary gear

Sign off on the power transfer system inspection

Power Steering Rubber Parts replaced

Material Handling System Hose replaced

Note: Replace Chain every 3 Years

Enter the machine's hour meter reading

Note: Replace Swing Lock Cylinder (SAS Models) every 10000 Hours

Sign off on the 2 Year Replacement
