Inspect Oil Pump for Oil leakage and unusual noise

Power Steering Rubber Parts replaced

Material Handling System Hose replaced

Replace Swing Lock Cylinder (SAS Models) every 10000 Hours

Inspect Head Guard for welded part crack

Inspect Head Guard for deterioration, damage

Tighten looseness in mounting parts

Inspect Back Rest for Deterioration, crack, damage

Inspect lighting System's operation, mounting condition

Inspect horn's operation, mounting condition

Inspect turn signals operation, mounting condition

Inspect reversing alarm's operation, mounting condition

Check loosening at connections at the motor and retighten if loose. Check for any damage on insulation covering

Check battery fluid level and specific gravity

Check loosening at cylinder rod end. Retighten tie rod end set bolt if loose

Check bolts and nuts for tightness. Retighten where required

Grease all greasing points, king pins, rear axle center pin cap, etc

Sign off on the 40 Hour / 1 Week Maintenance

Replace Tilt Steering Universal Joint Grease

Replace Differential & Planetary Gear Oil

Replace Master Cylinder Rubber Parts

Replace Wheel Cylinder Rubber Parts
